Born and raised in Turkey, Feyyaz Bedük is recognized for his comprehensive knowledge in food and beverages. Feyyaz started his career in his home country, working up the ranks across various fine dining restaurants around the world. With over 15 years of progressive experience internationally, he now brings a background of global expertise and rich industry experience for individual restaurant concepts such as Zuma and Okku, to the new team at Hayal - A modern Turkish dining experience at The St. Regis Downtown, Dubai as he joins as a Restaurant Manager.
